We’re transitioning to Momence for two key reasons:

- Improved Features: Momence offers modern, integrated features that will enhance your experience, including easier booking, more flexible payment options, and an overall more user- friendly interface.
2. When does the new system go live?
The new system will go live on February 1, 2025. Please make sure to complete any necessary steps to set up your account before this date.
3. Do I need to create a new account in Momence?
Yes, all students will need to create a new account in Momence, which will include digitally resigning your liability waivers. We will send detailed instructions on how to set up your account before the go-live date.
4. How do I set up my new account?
You will receive an email with instructions on how to create your account, including a link to the Momence platform. The process is simple and will require basic details such as your name, email address, and payment information.
5. Will my current login credentials from Mindbody work with Momence?
No, your Mindbody login credentials will not work with Momence. You will need to set up a new password and follow the steps in the account setup email to get started.
